Does this pix looked like i`m having fun out-field or i`m juz too stressed until i muz find an avenue to release all my stress ??

imagine not being able to bathe for 4 days...and i`ve to suffer with temperature at 12deg during the night and bout 20 deg during the day.....WTF...

Let us turn back time to the day i went to the airport...all excited bout taiwan and sad that i`ve to leave all my friends and wonderfool food back in s`pore !!

my camp mates and bosses excluding my immediate boss, the black piece of dirt.......even if he`s in the pix, he can`t be seen la...!! ha ha....

SAF muz obviously support their own country`s airline so we all took SIA to taiwan.....world-class airline with impressive entertainment system....but.......

Everything world-class except for the air-stewardess and service.....it`s very average as compared to better airlines i`ve taken like QANTAS & JAL......

given another chance, i wun wanna take SIA..........i`m very particular bout in-flight service.

the service is juz like those budget carriers i took....ha ha...!!

Rude shock when we reached our camp bunk....imagine 135 people squeezing together with only 4 bathing cubical and 6 urinals....

i dun think i need to explain much bout my suffering rite...look at the pix and see wat i mean...!

there`re many sensitive pix which i deem unappropriate to post on my blog coz i`m afraid the army charge me or watever....

so i can only post limited pix in uniform....it`s ok la, the time spent training is a nightmare which i would love to forget...

the indian fella is my CO, LTC logan, quite a nice indian except for the fact he supports LIVERPOOL FC...*pui*....he was on a recee mission that day and i was his signal spec on that mission...

The pix below is a pix of the 3 funky warrent officer that i was having fun with during our free time....i`ll not forget the nonsense and how we tease other officers and off the toilet lights for fun while others are bathing...I would u guys, SIR !!

very down-to-earth officers who dun play rank....loves to eat snake with me and bring me out for sight-seeing....long story so not gonna eleborate or else get charged....ha ha

Camp food isn`t that nice so i`ve spent most of my $$ on the street vendor which is known as "xiao mi fong" or NINJA van.....


It`s a small van which has everything that u can find in the ENTIRE coffee shop....fried chicken, dumpling...stir-fried pork with onion... sausage....bubble tea...etc....everything also have....spoilt for choices....

i ate at the NINJA van during most of the 4 day field camp coz i dun wanna eat the disgusting field ration....ha ha.... army guys shd know wat i mean....

i had a night out and we went to the nearest shopping district which was bout 45mins away, called KENTING....quite fun...a much needed break from the hectic lifestyle...

imagine the 10.5 ton tunnel which was carrying 30+ people and going at 90km/h...really fast man...i was shocked it could go so fast....a bit scary coz the roads are not brightly lit..!!

the guy next to me is mousy sec sch classmate, " xiao la jiao"....mousy, am i right ??

also from NYP, ECC but path B....

the other 3 next to me are all also from NYP but from diff course....hee hee...NYP rocks la...SP still can la...lol.... so so nia !!

Almost everyday, i would definitely drink minimum a packet of papaya milk.....it`s really nice and it makes my SHIT smooth when it comes out... shiokness !!

i din know how nice it tasted until now...it`s one of my newest fav drink....no wonder KRIS loves it so much...

watermelon milk will also do the trick when i`m shitting....they have all sorts of dairy drinks...very nice...!!!

this dog is very different from ally but i`m quite attached to it when i`m in taiwan....very tragic since it was born when i juz arrived....

mother abandoned this puppy with 2 other puppies...given the harsh weather in taiwan, 2 of his siblings died within the next few days and i had to go and feed it everyday....wasted quite a lot of $$ on this dog.

someday, when i wake up, the temperature can be bout 12deg then suddenly afternoon can be 35 deg then suddenly temperature drop again...

very easily fall sick.....

before i left for s`pore, everyone complained that the puppy has a tummy which seemed similar to mine..ha ha...although i`ve lost most of my tummy due to the intensive training, i`ll gain it back soon...i promise !!! lol....

i hope the puppy will survive after i leave.

there was another dog story....very tragic story but guess it`s too depressing to talk bout...if u all wanna know, for those going for badminton on sat, ask me lor....

the shape of the fruits here are very weird...ha ha...all shape and sizes but one thing they have in common, the fruits are very sweet !!!!

it`s always a delight in the mouth !!

the only entertainment we had when we were out in the field is this........

very mind-stimulating and i can`t be bothered, most of the time, i`ll be hiding in the vehicle and sleep....we dun have proper bed so the last 4 days...everyone find a corner in the vehicle and sleep....haiz....

Rest & Relax TIME !!!!!

after a hectic 28 days, we were given 2 days of free time in kao-hsiang !!
dun really know how to spell the city but i stayed in this 5 star hotel called
HOTEL KINGDOM....

quite impressive, all those who went HK with me, the room is so much bigger and better furnished....my buddy, jia hui and myself were so excited coz we finally had tv to watch and a spring mattress to sleep on....

bathe tube and hot shower is an added bonus....

1st thing i did was turned on the tv and i realised one thing...3/4 of all advertisment in taiwan is dominated by S.H.E, yang chen ling and jolin tsai...

so cute...and the advertisements are so much more interesting than s`pore....had so much fun watching it along the way...din feel like going for shopping coz it`s so nice to watch...

managed to watch guess X 5 show in taiwan at night...it`s on every sat at 10pm-midnight...and the new co-host is Selina and HEBE along with jacky wu....i really hate seeing Selina on TV...fat bitch with very whiny voice...so kiddish, someone better teach her when to grow up...!! ha ha....

A packet which contained 3 condoms is a standard SAF issue item....it`s weird why do they issue which stuffs....i wanted to pass it to the NS reservist men but they said that it`s enuff...haiz...i think i`ll juz keep it as a sourviner...!! lol....

dun worry, i din use it at all....my mum was shocked when she saw it in my bag...ha ha....

Our group consisted of 13 people and it`s quite difficult for all of us to go shopping tgt coz everyone has different thing in mind so we decided to break up into diff groups....

1st thing the group i went with did was to go to this 13 storey shopping centre and headed for the arcade...damn it...it was so boring coz i`ve grown out of it, i prefer shopping....but nvm, things can`t always go my way so i juz sat and watch them play....haiz....i muz act excited...!! ha ah....

shopping was so fun, we covered so much and i bought selective items, mostly gifts for my family and relatives.....haiz, din buy anything much for myself....

i spent much of it on food...only bought a shoe bag for myself...dumb huh...lol....

Street vendor selling lots of great food and everywhere we went, everyone could tell we`re singaporeans, they kept asking us if we came for training...ha ha...

we also tried the famously smelly *smelly beancurd"....damn jia lat...dun smell as bad as those found in HK but ok la, taste good...wanted to order more but my buddies stopped me !!

wellz, the best part of R&R was the time the time we decided to go to a nearby island to visit the theme park.....

unfortunately, my 512 SD card was full, i had to use my friend`s spare card and he took the card home to i can`t show u more pix of the fun we had...

but by the look of a pix b4 the memory was full, u could tell we had fun....

everyone rented bicycle or took the taxi to get about the island which was quite big, me and my friends who has bike licence decided to take the unconventional route, we rented bikes which cost $20 sing dollar for 2.5 hrs....it felt nice to be able to ride in taiwan, felt like i`m back in s`pore...

we raced through traffic lights and went to the beach and pavements which bikes weren`t allowed...hack care la...fun was more important...

eventually, we din go to the theme park, we were having too much fun racing down the streets......

ended up at some restaurant to have a seafood dinner...damn cheap...imagine every plate of seafood cost only $5 sing....fresh prawns....crabs...oyster.......fish.....veg...bamboo shoots////etc//

all kinds that mostly can`t be found in s`pore...i doubt monster`s father even sell it but it`s damn nice...and every plate which cost $5 is enuff for 13 people to eat...

anyway, it`s a long blog entry...
