After a tense week of pure madness in camp, I`m finally back blogging...
the past week was so stressful that there were couple of times i almost broke down literally...
lack of sleep, manpower and assistance caused the fatigue.......imagine staying in camp to set up the PA system for the entire camp with no equipments...
all the equipments are still in the container in taiwan and only be back on the 3rd of May so i had to co-ordinate with various signal units to borrow their PA system to use for the parade..
many people were unwilling to lend us the equipments and i was really desperate to borrow coz time was running out and my boss din know a SHIT as usual so it was up to me and me alone !!
travelled to so many camps to take speakers...wireless system and etc...and even go to some units juz to borrow some wires...it was really tough doing it alone coz no one knows how to do it...it`s very pathetic, i`m not saying that i`m so important tht i`ve to be there all the time but it`s not easy to teach anyone how to fix and operate the system and there`s only 2 people in camp that knows how to do it.
the other guy, my wing man...is in taiwan again so i`ve to do it alone...nbz...!!
I felt really bad for not being able to celebrate desmond`s b`day when i was in taiwan and i actually missed mousy`s b`day on fri too.....
i reached home at bout 9plus and i was already dead tired...been working since 6am that day and i haven`t been able to sleep well coz i kept dreaming wat if the system fails and i can`t rectify it in time and the pressure is too great for me to bear....
besides, the weather isn`t helping at all, everyday will definitely rain at least once and coz of that, my equipments are under constant rain which makes me more jumpy !!
anyway....i`ve missed enough outings and i dun intend to miss anymore..looking fwd to meeting everyone soon except desmond who will be in BRUNEI for a month again...wat`s his prob...in love with BRUNEI ever since he went to air force school.
i finally got a BRAND new keyboard courtesy of MICROSOFT...thank you so much !!
my keyboard letter "M" has been spoilt for a while and whenever i need to use the letter, i muz copy and paste so it was really frustrating...
js told me to change a new keyboard but i realised i can call the microsoft hotline and get a free replacement so i called and filled up some forms and fax it to them plus my receipt...
and they sent the replacement to my doorsteps and collected the spoilt keyboard and gave me a new one....really sweet of them...!!
5 yrs warrenty....4 more yrs to go...ha ha.,,,!!!
today`s sun and tml i`ve to go back to camp and i haven`t even rested much coz i was recalled back to work at the coffee shop for the weekend...
apparently, the manager was really short of staff and the supervisor`s relative juz passed away so they din have any supervisor to stand in so he merely took it for granted i can help and planned my name in the schedule and then let sheep and the rest to tell me bout it a few dayz ago....ah ya, i`ve made it clear to them that they don`t plan my name into the schedule anymore unless it`s an emergency and i`m free...
tml i`ll go to camp for 1/2 a day, then go for my dental appointment and then i`ll go for my UNI orientation at night.
I really can`t wait...i`m so excited...i`m actually starting a new phrase of my life even before i finish army...i wonder which study group would i be in ?
will there be HOT office babes ?
