let`s start from sunday, i was having lesson and suddenly, i thought bout food so at the spur of the moment, i called samz and told her tat i`d be cooking for herself and keline on monday...the last time, samz cooked a wonderful meal for me and keline and i guess this was the best time to show my appreciation and to stop them from doubting my skills...ha ha......

wellz, i woke up at 830am, rushed to jb to buy the famous curry fish head for the ladies coz they have been on my nerve all the time bout the curry....can`t stand it liaoz...ha ha....luckily, there wasn`t any jam but i got so many stares from the m`sian coz my bike was unique and slow....someone can even run faster than me lor when i`m riding....kinda afraid but wat the hell.....a few truck drivers horn at me and i thought they were being rude, but they waved at me instead...not bad, my bike is seeking attention...juz like the owner...!!

reached s`pore bout 930am, went to chong pang market to buy the other stuff...felt like an auntie going from stall to stall and bargaining with the stall aunties and uncles....but my bargin skill is juz as terrible as kevin...ha ha....!!!!

this whole meal cost me a bomb...ha ha...but it was worth the effort....took bout 1/2 a day to prepare but good thing, samz and keline cam over to help me prepare the stuffs or else it won`t be ready in time.......

trina was the special guest of the day, keline was the photographer and samz was my helper...so cool.....wat if she really stabbed me in the back ??? WTF !

i prepared 4 dishes as well as the curry fish head from jb....

DISH no. 1 (veg, dun ask me the name !! )

Dish no. 2 ( steam crab)

Dish no. 3 (hot plate beancurd)

Dish no. 4 and every other dish except the crab which was still steaming....The chicken is on the right....
there was a little mishap, which cooking at bout 630pm, the electricity suddenly went OFF...and i was stranded in the dark....i thought the power supply of my house triped then to my horror, it was the freaking block`s electricity that was DOWN !!!

nbz !!! how to cook in the dark, i had to stop cooking and leave all my food half-cook and then continued when the power came back on which took bout 1/2hr...

bo bian, stopped cooking and we were playing "tai di" in the dark with candles...ha ha...so romantic...callled up HDB to complain and told them to send someone down ASAP to settle, can u imagine, it was so hot and stuff and pure darkness, every block had electricity except ours....

anyway, dun u gals ever doubt my cooking, i cooked all these by myself la...except the curry fish head and who says guys can`t cook and are not as domesticated as gals...lol..... my skills were imparted from the "zi cha" stall i worked in during my poly days at CCK....still remember the hot and humid kitchen but i love the atmosphere...so malaysian...ha ha...!!!!

i had to cook and wash the dishes, so unfair...h aha....but no complains...it was fun....
CRAZY GANG, who`s kitchen can i use to cook for u all....coz the group is too big....???

after dinner, i sent trina to the bus interchange and then went back to start the wine drinking session.....

i think it became so common to drink red wine after every meal and it`s the whole bottle...damn it, bad habit liaoz....this time, the wine was sponsored by keline....good thing i nv get drunk this time but even if i did also nvm coz i`m at home...lol.......but i sure had a good nights rest !!!

actually, i`ve so many types on my shelf, can juz choose one and open la....but take anything except my BaILEY`s !!!
