friday was one of the most hmmm....(can`t seem to find a word to describe) day in a long time....i was definitely looking fwd to this day although i couldn`t meet js & gang for dinner, i`ve to clarify that my evening was long planned so i couldn't meet up with the gang....

anyway, i was busy working and had a last min. meeting which lasted till 615pm & almost wasn`t able to meet kris for dinner on time...rule no. 1 - it`s nv a good thing to be late on a first date...lol....it wasn`t technically a date, it was juz hanging out with dinner and movie...
although i was a tiny bit late but it doesn`t really matter...it`s not the point....our movie was at 945pm and the logical thing was to eat dinner in town but i hate going to town on fri and weekends, it`s jam pack and i hate crowded places....so i suggested heading to Siglap, east coast for quality dinner where the ambience`s wonderful and food's good too..........

i made last min. reservation at BIG FISH for 2 and the stupid jam on the ECP held us up but i`m glad nicole was able to squeeze through the traffic...we had something similar to fish & co. seafood platter but of course this was more ex and more delicious, another seasonal fish which i also dunnoe the name as well as the famous lobster soup that anyone would die for.....and to end it all....creme brulee with a candle on it since it was her birthday, it`s a dessert....wanted to order my fav. italian tiramissu but coz of the time constraint, i`ve decided to do so next time......i wonder how much bigger has my tunny grown after the meal? lol......

during dinner, i realised that kris was actually in the same sch as mousy, weiling and her hubby...amazing, and they all kinda know each other too according to mousy and weiling....can she join us for christmas eve BBQ ?? on the topic of x'mas eve event...shall talk bout it more when the day gets nearer....

Back to big fish, the service was awesome, juz one of those restaurant that will constantly take note if ur glass is empty, changed plates several times to ensure the plate is not damn dirty and stained..making sure the food was ok and etc....how many restaurant can do so besides BIG FISH and perhaps LAWRY's.....??

wellz, i finally passed kris the gifts i bought for her from thailand, it shd have been passed long time ago but dunnoe why, the process got dragged coz i was too busy with sch, work....etc...same goes for her but it was worth the wait.......if i knew it would be that rush, i would have booked the movie time at a later time slot.....

we went over to LIDO to watch this show called "The Kingdom", highly recommended by tricia so i thought i shd give it a go...it was good...one of those kill here and there with guns kinda thriller....worth every penny !!!



after dinner....it was way passed midnight, tired already and lazy to type further...to sum up the whole day, wellz, it was P.E.R.F.E.C.T......i wan summore lobster soup !! lol...

anyway, the gift on the left was from Kris, she finally passed me the t-shirt she bought from genting, kinda dusty coz waited so long then pass to me and the one on the right is given by wei ling on her recent business trip to thailand during the week...which one do i prefer, wellz, u guys have the guess...plz make an intelligent guess and write ur ans on my tagboard...ha ha..DO IT !!
